“I have decided to take time to personally thank you for support on the St Helens project. Following a brief phone call, you decided to come and give us an onsite meeting to discuss the problem in person. (the next day) After a site visit your expertise helps us to deviate from demolishing a reinforced concrete structure. The core drilling option you recommend was not only more cost effective,  but it also helped us carry on with other critical path items. Restarting this works would have been costly to the program and would have been challenging to claw the time back.(also costly to the pocket).
After the decision go with your chosen method,  the rest of the works just flowed. From the detailed RAMs at the start. Then the operative’s attention to detail, attitude and general knowledge of the works were first class.  The project was great success in a challenging busy environment with multiple trades. Your company helped us achieve our end date. Safety is paramount on our projects and your company were a credit for this also.  (never intervened at any point for PPE rules,  glasses, gloves, barriers) You made it look easy.
Your site manger kept me informed in person on the progression of the project. Even got us all out for a final sign off.

“James came out to me today to drill a 127mm hole for my bathroom extractor fan. It was complicated because the fan motor was situated under the floorboards in my raised loft and the exit cowling had to be 5 meters from the ground, in the side of my house.Accuracy had to be spot on, and it was. James erected scaffolding and drilled a pilot hole from inside the loft and used this as a guide to cut the 127mm hole from the outside. It was millimetre perfect.James was a really nice chap, and even fitted the cowling for me, while he still had the scaffolding up.I would definitely recommend DP Diamond Drilling to anybody who needed this service.”
